Capital Fort Business Center is a future class A office building in Sofia. It will be the first skyscraper in Sofia, Bulgaria. Moreover, it will be 126 m tall building, which makes it the tallest building not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans. It has 28 floors and a surface of 80.000 sqm. The building will have 5 underground floors which will serve as parking spaces for around 200 cars. [1]
